Silver Members is a friendly and inclusive women’s group designed especially for ladies aged 60 and over who may be feeling socially isolated, recently bereaved, caring for someone, or living with illness. Whether you’re looking for a little company, a new hobby, or just a break from your day-to-day routine, you’ll find a warm welcome here.

We offer relaxed, enjoyable sessions where the focus is on well-being, connection, and having fun—not on being perfect! Whether it's crafting, music, gentle movement, or simply chatting over a cuppa, our activities are about the journey, not the outcome. You might just discover a new passion along the way!

Our lovely tutors are experienced, compassionate, and always happy to support anyone who needs a little extra help. If you have a carer or companion, they are more than welcome to come along too.
